Privacy notice

eSawari collects the details you submit when you ask about a vehicle, request a test ride or inspection, or ask us to help sell a bike. We use them to provide that service, route the request to our team, prevent abuse, and measure demand in aggregate.

What we keep

Service requests may include your name, WhatsApp number, city or area, preferences, consent choices, and technical fraud-prevention data such as a shortened IP prefix. Product analytics uses rotating anonymous identifiers and does not include your lead reference, exact locality, phone number, name, or free-text notes.

Sharing and access

Authorised eSawari operators can access requests needed for their role. Contact reveals, exports, publication changes, and lead status changes are audited. We do not claim to sell personal data or to share it with a dealer automatically.

Your choices

Marketing is optional and separate from the follow-up you request. You can withdraw a marketing choice or ask about correction or deletion through the contact route shown on the site. Some records may need to be retained briefly for security, audit, or an active request; the pilot retention and deletion job remains a production launch gate.
